I love how informative the courses are and being able yo go at ny own pace.

I highly recommend New Skills Academy to anyone who is looking to learn new skills or up-level their current skills, they have a wide range of courses to suit everyone's needs. The coursework is set out in modules that are easy to follow, full of useful detailed information to equip you with all the knowledge, expertise and qualifications you want and need.
I have personally gained valuable knowledge and qualifications completing a variety of courses over the last few years. The platform allows you to complete the courses on your own time and at your own pace removing any pressure. I am currently completing a complete mental health awareness bundle that is so informative and so helpful in my line of work. I commend the support team who are quick to respond and very efficient in addressing any concerns. I am truly grateful I found this amazing learning platform, it has allowed me to learn new skills I never thought I would enjoy, develop my existing skills, giving me a boost of confidence to be able to do my job well and to serve others.

I've completed over 25 modules that have helped me with my understanding and getting a job.

I finish my course today in Level 2 Teaching Assistant Course, so satisfied with this course, I have more skills and abilities whose will help me in the future employment.

I qualified in beauty back in 2008 but not doing it for 12 years I wanted to refresh and do some re training. I would highly recommend new skills academy. You can do the course at your own pace, it was helpful with loads of info and all online. The little tests also, if you get a question wrong you can go back and re do so you get better marks. Will defo be doing more courses with New Skills Academy

I love this course, I just got my certificate. I have been wanting to become a life coach for some time now. I'm extremely happy now that I have this certificate. I plan to use what I have learned to start my business as a life coach. I highly recommend anybody wanting to take this course to do so.

I was happy with my course - however all of the tests i had seem to duplicate the questions and then when you review the questions and answers it gives a total different question and that you got the answer wrong not sure if its a fault ……

I couldn’t access the course on the day that I paid. I contacted New Skills and they were very helpful.
The website is vey easy to navigate and the course content is very informative.
I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Joined with some reservation as the offer seemed too good to be true. Wow I’ve just passed my first two courses. The course content was so thorough. Very easy to follow and detailed. I think I’m becoming addicted to learning now. I would highly recommend and just got my daughter to sign up for language course..

I recently done a course with new skills and would without doubt do another.
It was well laid out and info was relevant with help at hand.

I have done over 80 courses now with the new skills Academy and I have enjoyed each one, the whole process is easy from the moment you log in, the website is easy to navigate, the course materials are easy to read and easy to access, I have joined and pay monthly which means I have access to all courses which I love as I’m not limited and can take my time with my learning.

I purchased this course thinking I would struggle to finish with working aswell… however I found it so well suited to myself and my life style I was able to pop on anytime when I had a spare hour and was super easy to do so. I have completed 3 courses with new skills and already have my next ones in the basket, super easy to log on and very do able for a busy working mum.

BEWARE of doing any courses with this company New Skills Academy. I did a Safeguarding Children Certification Course through an Education Recruitment Agency who wanted me to have this qualification. I did the course on the 2nd March and have only today 6th April received my certificate. There is however so much more to my terrible experience, I have had to constantly email them with photocopies of the initial link to the course through the Recruitment Agency, the paypal receipt, their own confirmation email saying I had completed the course with the certificate ID number- just ridiculous! They dont even know who has apparently completed their courses. It has been one long headache sending emails getting paypal involved to either send the certificate or refund my money, an appalling service. I only paid £10 but anyone on here paying substantially more for a course to gain a certificate my god, good luck!! You could claim that they were impervious, not interested or inept I think it was a case of all three. There is also another person who has left negative feedback on here who had the same problem in 2019, so they need to be more professional.It's no good saying in response we have a good record and many happy customers you clearly do not. Anyway never again!
